You will hear about the Lost Marvels of Azerbaijani Cuisine and Regional Diversity. Farida Buyuran is the award-winning author of "Pomegranates and Saffron: A Culinary Journey to Azerbaijan".

Mrs.Buyuran sees her mission in bringing people together and connecting cultures through food. To serve this mission, she sets unique tours to her birthplace Azerbaijan and neighboring countries. Azerbaijan Trade and Cultural Center (ATCC) was founded by The United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) in September 2000 to promote mutual understanding and cooperation between the United States and Azerbaijan.
