Azerbaijan and Israel are enjoying longstanding and mutually beneficial partnerships in many spheres of the economy. Both countries have proved to be reliable partners in trade, business, and international security affairs. To this day, Azerbaijan is providing forty percent of Israel’s oil consumption while Israel supports Azerbaijan on many international platforms.

The two are also tied through strong cultural bonds, which take their roots from centuries ago. Azerbaijan is home to a Jewish settlement, Red Village, which has preserved its uniqueness throughout the centuries of co-existence with Azerbaijanis. Today, in almost every corner of downtown Baku, one can find the legacy of Azerbaijanis of Jewish descent, whether it be: successful engineers, academicians, or architects.

USACC and IAC are bringing Azerbaijani-American and Israeli-American businesses together, believing that the friendly relationships between the two nations across the ocean have chances to be present in our communities in the United States.
