The United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) presents an exclusive online discussion featuring Mr. Scott Risner, Consular Chief at the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan.
Scott Risner is the consular chief at the U.S. Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he leads the embassy’s visa services and support for American citizens. He previously served at the U.S. Embassies in Pakistan, Ecuador, and Sierra Leone. Prior to joining the Department of State, Scott worked as an attorney at the Department of Justice and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
The forthcoming conversation will center on pertinent topics, including U.S. visas, the application process, and other essential services rendered by the U.S. Consulate in Baku.
