Washington, D.C.

Dear USACC Members and Friends,

We are happy to announce that we have successfully completed the recruitment campaign in support of U.S. Trade Mission to Azerbaijan, organized by USACC, certified by U.S. Commercial Service with media support of Bloomberg Media and organizational support of AmCham Turkey, AmCham Azerbaijan, Azpromo and High-Tech Park Azerbaijan.

We have reached our mission capacity and would like to thank everyone involved for active level of interaction and participation.

15 American companies, including U.S. Department of Commerce officials and other dignitaries will travel to Baku on November 18-20, 2015 to explore and expand trade and business opportunities with local businesses and government agencies.

"Azerbaijan is a very important trading partner for American businesses. During my time serving in Baku, I saw firsthand the tremendous potential for bilateral commercial cooperation," Deputy Assistant Secretary of U.S. Department of Commerce Michael Lally said. "The goal of this trade mission is to open doors to tremendous new export opportunities and work to attract new investment to Azerbaijan, which will further develop the close relationship between our two economies."

The mission will bring together leaders in business and government to focus on strengthening business and trade relationships between the economies of U.S. and Azerbaijan. The mission will take place on November 18-20, 2015 and include several government briefings, one-on-one meetings and networking receptions.

"We are putting together a fast-paced, business-focused trip that will create tangible results for U.S. and Azerbaijani businesses," said USACC Executive Director Susan Sadigova.
